Data Collected
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We also process your IP address for rate limiting and bot protection purposes.
Purpose & Legal Basis
Your data is processed to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Rate limiting and bot protection are based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Recipients
Your message is delivered via Resend (email delivery service). Bot verification is performed by Cloudflare Turnstile. Both services act as data processors under GDPR-compliant agreements.
Retention Period
Contact form submissions are retained for the duration necessary to respond to your inquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. Rate limiting data is stored in memory and cleared on server restart.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
Supervisory Authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.
